1. Do you offer a refund policy?

Yes. We offer a 14-day full refund guarantee as per legal requirements. If you decide to cancel your course within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. What if I buy a construction or welding course and don't get a visa?

If you purchase a course and are unable to come to Karachi in Pakistan or obtain a visa within a year, you have few options:

- come to Karachi in Pakistan to start it 

- Reissue of Documents: We can issue a new document entitling you to work, allowing you to reapply for your visa.

 

- Reimbursement: Unless You haven't started the course in Karachi, you may request a refund. In this case, 100% of the course fee will be refunded, minus administrative and logistical costs associated with job placement reservation and vacancy management. These costs typically range from €250 to €300 for Poland for the whole period. Its around €20-€25/person monthly.

- Alternative Course Option: If your visa application is rejected, you may also choose to enroll in another course we offer in a different country. We will assist you in selecting an appropriate alternative program and support you in the necessary application processes.

3. What does it give me to enroll today?

Once you enroll, your documents are sent to our legalization department. The sooner you apply, the sooner your prospective employer can apply for your work permit. In Poland, this process typically takes 1.5 to 2 months. Early enrollment helps expedite the process, allowing you to obtain your work visa sooner.

Where does the course take place?

The Construction, Welding and Maritime courses can be in some part conducted on facilities in Karachi, Pakistan, so that you can acquire your knowledge while waiting for your work permit&visa.



5. What if I already know the course material?

If you already possess the knowledge covered in the course, you can take an examination administered by our commission. Passing this exam may allow you to start working immediately without completing the entire course.

6. What are the prerequisites for enrolling in a course?

The prerequisites vary depending on the course. Generally, applicants should have a secondary school diploma or equivalent. For some specialized courses, relevant work experience may be required. Specific prerequisites will be detailed in each course description.

7. Are the courses certified?

Yes, all our courses are certified. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate recognized by relevant industry authorities and potential employers.

8. What kind of support do you provide for international students?

We offer comprehensive support for international students, including assistance with visa applications, work permit processing, and accommodation arrangements. We also provide orientation sessions to help you adjust to life in Poland.

9. Can I work in Poland while studying?

Yes, our programs are designed to provide you with the necessary work permits to work in Poland while studying. We collaborate with reputable companies that offer employment opportunities during and after the course.

10. What is the duration of your courses?

Our courses vary in duration. For example, the Maritime Hull Fitting & Welding Academy is 600 hours, while other specialized programs may have different lengths. Please refer to the specific course description for detailed information.

11. How do I apply for a course?

You can apply online through our website. After selecting the course and making a payment, please fill out the application form and submit the required documents. Upon approval, you will receive further instructions regarding next steps.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Specific payment instructions will be provided during the application process.

13. What is the language of instruction?

The primary language of instruction is English. However, we also offer support in Russian, Spanish, Uzbek and Polish and other languages as needed. Language proficiency requirements will be specified in the course description.

14. Can I defer my enrollment to a later date?

Yes, you can defer your enrollment to a later date. Please contact us at least four weeks before the course start date to discuss your options.

15. Is accommodation provided?

We assist in arranging accommodation for international students. While we do not directly provide housing, we have partnerships with local housing providers and can guide you through the process of securing suitable accommodation. Most often its the future employer who covers its cost.

16. How can you provide so many vacancies?

Edual Foundation is a shareholder in a company specialising in building ships and cooperating with biggest shipyards in Eurpe hiring thousands of workers. The contractor company requires thousands of workers as it operates across three countries: Norway, Poland, and Lithuania.

Additionally, Edual is constantly signing new agreements with verified employers in the construction sector throughout Europe. This extensive network allows us to offer numerous job opportunities to our graduates.


17. Will someone pick me up from the airport?


Yes. Upon your arrival, a volunteer will meet you at the airport and assist you with your initial steps in the EU, including settling into your accommodation and orienting you to the new environment.

18. Do you offer legal support with legalization?


Yes. We are highly knowledgeable in the field of legalization, having successfully assisted numerous applicants. We offer expert guidance and support throughout the legalization process, ensuring that all necessary steps are followed accurately and efficiently.

20. Why do I need a work visa if I am enrolling in an educational course?

We suggest obtaining a work visa based on the success stories of our course participants. Our courses include practical training linked to pre-reserved job vacancies, which always leads to employment. Therefore, a work visa is recommended as it facilitates the transition from education to work, typically within a month to a month and a half.
